Oracle Customer Care Billing Technical – CC and B; Loc Delhi NCR; Exp 4+yrs

• Strong knowledge in Oracle CC&B

• Experience in Config Tools including Portals, Service Scripts, Business Services, Plugin scripts.

• Hands on experience in implementing Algorithms, Batches, Service programs, User Extensions, Maintenance Extensions.

• Hands on experience in upgrade project specifically debugging the components.

Responsibilities:

• Independently debug the issues reported while retrofitment of custom components in upgraded environment

• Mapping functional requirements to technical documents.

• Guide junior team resources to complete their assigned tasks and overcome any challenge they are facing.
