Total Exp-  9+ Years
Relevant Exp- 9 Years in SAP CRM/CM
Band – B3/C1
Mandatory Qualification-  B.E./Btech/MCA
Optional Qualification-  MBA
SAP Certification Good to have
No. Of implementations – Minimum 1 in CM and 2 in CRM

Mandatory Technical Skills

Min 1 end to end implementation experience in SAP Customer management in S4 HANA 1909
Should have strong knowledge in SAP CM Base configuration
Experience in configuring CRM for Utilities prior to CM experience
Experience in E2E CRM Service configuration
Experience in developing FS for CM Screen enhancement/Web UI enhancement
Experience in Business Master Data/Technical Master configuration
Experience in IVR integration with CRM/CM
Should have good configuration knowledge in CM WebUI
Should have good process knowledge of Customer management Business Processes in Gas industry like New Service Connection, Customer complaints management,Amendment of Contracts etc.
Should have knowledge in ISU : Contract Account, Business Partners, Installation, Contracts, Notifications and Troubleshooting.

Optional Technical Skills

Experience in working with ISU CIC/CS configuration
Should have worked on integration with 3rd party applications like GIS
Mandatory Soft skills Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills
Should have good attitude and learning desire
Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides
Should have Good client handling skills
Should be able to manage customer independently
Should be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India
Should have team building and collaborative working skills
