Brief Scope A Success Factors Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) consultant is
required to join a dynamic forward thinking team at a reputed organization. You
will be tasked with providing configuration support, assist and participate in
workshop discussion and solution for Success Factors PMGM
implementation/Support
Reporting to Project Manager
Grade L3
1. Skills & Attributes: The following skills are required to perform in this position:
Primary Skills Candidates should have
3-6 years of experience in SF PMGM and Compensation & Variable pay
implementation with at least 2 full lifecycle delivery
Certified in PMGM (Performance & Goal Management), Compensation &
variable pay.
Complete ownership of Success Factors PMGM and Compensation &
Variable pay. Management module from requirement gathering, work
book preparation, configurations, Iterations, User Acceptance Testing,
Production and Go-live
Experience in Compensation template creation
Implemented complete Goal Management including Goal Execution and
Goal Status
Implemented extended module Calibration
Configured client specific Rating Scales and Route Maps(Work Flows)
Capable of suggesting work around for system limitations in Performance
Management module
Familiar with updating Competencies/WACA, mass upload of goal library
& families-roles-job code mapping
Configured Role Based Permissions
Created Ad-Hoc Reports as per client requirements
Experience in Pre-sales and Client Demonstrations for Success Factors
product will be an added advantage
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client
requirements and standard Success Factors PMGM and Compensation &
Variable pay Solutions.
Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in
HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud
solutions
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and
create Solution Design for Success Factors PMGM Solution in compliance
with the Best Practices
Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business
rules and workflows.
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration
Workbook / Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Strong learning ability – agility and willingness to acquire new
competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team
player.
Secondary Skills Other SF module Certification such as LMS, EC, EC Payroll, Recruitment
2. Key responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements and
translate into technical solutions and complete the configuration
Provide support and information to other project team such as Data
Migration, Integration, Report, Testing, Cutover etc.
Understand best practice solution and support leads in solution discussion
and solution delivery
Ensure tasked work is completed on time with quality
1. Qualification
Field of Study Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Certification Success Factor PMGM Certification is mandatory
