Job Title-  Success Factors Learning Management System ( SF LMS) Consultant
Brief Scope A Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) consultant is required to
join a dynamic forward thinking team at a reputed organization. You will be
tasked with providing configuration support, assist and participate in workshop
discussion and solution for Success Factors LMS implementation/Support.

Reporting to Project Manager
Grade L3
1. Skills & Attributes: The following skills are required to perform in this position:
Skills &  Attributes

Primary Skills

Candidates should have
 3-6 years of experience in SF LMS implementation with at least 2 full
lifecycle delivery
 Certified in LMS (Learning management system)
 Basic knowledge on Learning Administration
 Candidate needs to have hands-on knowledge on how to create courses
and curricula, how to track progress of employees, offering course
recommendations and ratings.
 Need to have a hands-on knowledge in registering/enrolling
learners/employees on the LMS tool.
 Basic idea of evaluation/feedback or assessment/questionnaire as part of
learning life cycle
 Should be having knowledge of how to build quizzes in LMS
 Should be able to do reporting using Ad-hoc reports and ORD.
 Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client
requirements and standard Success Factors LMS Solution
 Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in
HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud
solutions
 Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and
create Solution Design for Success Factors LMS Solution in compliance
with the Best Practices
 Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
 Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business
rules and workflows.
 System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration
Workbook / Business Blueprint
 Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
 Strong learning ability – agility and willingness to acquire new
competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
 Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team
player.

Secondary Skills Other SF module Certification such as PMGM, EC, EC Payroll, Recruitment
2. Key responsibilities:

 Work closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements and
translate into technical solutions and complete the configuration

 Provide support and information to other project team such as Data
Migration, Integration, Report, Testing, Cutover etc.
 Understand best practice solution and support leads in solution discussion
and solution delivery
 Ensure tasked work is completed on time with quality

1. Qualification
Field of Study Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Certification Success Factor LMS Certification is mandatory
